Marley Wright operate a Search & Selection recruitment process, which means the bulk of our time is spent proactively sourcing & contacting passive candidates who do not upload CV’s to job boards, or respond to advertisements.
Meeting our clients is an essential part of our process, allowing us to perform an in-depth needs analysis on their requirement; we also spend extra time getting to know the business and the people that work within it to build great future relationships.
Our process includes project plans, regular progress reports, write ups on all candidate submissions and written interview feedback from all our candidates.
We work late and are available to our clients in the evenings, either via phone or email.

We use our substantial global network of clients to generate interest in a CV. We can book interviews with a candidate’s target employers when there is no official live vacancy.

As a Marley Wright Candidate you can expect in depth interview preparation, feedback at every stage of the process and can also offer advice on CV preparation, strategy and salary expectations. We offer pre-mobilization and locational support for our candidates where needed.
